Did you know USC is the most expensive private college in the nation according to U.S. News and World Report? It costs $71,647 for tuition and fees to attend USC. So USC could afford to pay a reserve defensive lineman from Georgia (Jamaal Jarrett) around $500,000 but doesn’t have enough NIL money to compete nationally?
