  1. Bass made a DEI hire to head the DWP. Paid her $750,000 per year, about $300,000 more than the man she replaced. She became the highest paid city employee is Los Angeles. Well, wonder woman screwed up. No water in the fire hydrants. Hundreds lost their homes.

      1. Does anyone think the pudgy lesbo fire chief is the best and the brightest. I seriously doubt that she could climb a 20 foot ladder onto a two story building with 30 pounds of gear on her back. Hell, I doubt that she could do a pull-up. Bass cut 17 million from LAPD budget. Department was understaffed. Their was no exit plan for Palisades although people were told to evacuate resulting in gridlock and people abandoning their cars leaving the main road blocked. Fire trucks late to arrive without adequate water to fight the fire.

      2. Hey! She needed that money to provide for all of the illegals Los Angeles welcomed into the city! And let’s not forget the $24B for the homeless that vanished into thin air!

    1. It’s all just a big coincidence! Same as all of the conflicts erupting on our feeble, incompetent, dementia ridden President’s watch! Has nothing to do with “81M” (supposedly) being stupid enough to think Peace Through Weakness was a good plan!!

  2. In 2014, the voters passed bond measure 1 granting 2.7 billion to fund the construction of rain retention systems and reservoirs. To date only about 150 million has been spent on these projects with none of them completed. None of the record 2023/2024 rainfalls resulted in the retention of rain envision by the bond measure. Consequently, no water available to fight the Palisades and Eaton fires. 10 years have past. Someone needs to be held accountable for this failure.

  3. It’s sad that you old, lazy and stupid people think diversity caused the outcome of one of the most devastating wildfires in California history. So while you swine wallow in your filth, the people who live here will rebuild. We will get help from the community organizations and from the slow ass acting governments. All the water in the world would not have stopped those hurricane winds from blowing those ambers so far. All the aqueducts that Schwarzenegger or Newsome didn’t build didn’t matter in Paradise or Palisades. Get a clue, morons. I can’t wait until you reap what you sow. May God have mercy on your pathetic lives and go to hell. The perfect, proper looking and aesthetic pleasing from Heaven Casting Agency looking Chief of Fire from Pasadena said it best “mutual aid was activated because we practiced this last month. But if the power cuts off that affects the pumps and drains our resources to fight the structures that become engage from ambers that can fly in two to three mile area radius” So this was more than they could handle. Your crap show belongs with Fox News in the dustbin of the last century.

LMAO! Makes about as much sense as the rest of the post. Some people are desperately in need of professional help that they will never seek.

      1. Awww, still crying that her fantasies about Trump being in an orange jumpsuit by now never came true!

All of the cases were politically driven and brought for no other reason than to try and harm his chances of winning the elections. (The morons who thought dementia was a good idea 4 years ago are too stupid to realize this.)

Thank God it didn’t work. Enough voters saw through their bs!

  4. kinda funny comment. The dems in this town have elected how many city council members and county supervisors that have been convicted (while in office) of everything from extortion to bribery to kickbacks etc etc etc and all were dems. So I wouldn’t be too selective on my comments especially in this town. It’s run by dems and we are in this position. Do the math
