Tradition is obviously in short supply at USC as I mentioned yesterday that it hasn’t inducted a Hall of Fame class since 2018.
Then today, the athletic dept. barely mustered a three-paragraph obituary on Gus Williams. You can read it here.
Thankfully, Williams got inducted into the USC Hall of Fame in 2009 and had his number retired in 2016.
But three paragraphs? It’s a shame. Or should we just be happy they did anything at all?
It’s better than what they did for OJ and he won a Heisman!

One ‘tradition’ that is missing is ‘group cooperation’ where all students agree to wear white to a game, for example. Today there’s nothing but individualists
