Notes: USC Isn’t Only School Facing Deficit

USC might have a budget deficit of more than $200 million but Stanford has a deficit of $140 million.

Stanford has announced that will also institute layoffs. Stanford does have a massive endowment of at least $36.5 billion.

  1. U Texas is loaded, about $48 billion endowment.

Ohio State and USC are about same, roughly $8 billion

Michigan and ND close to $20 billion

Oregon, Alabama, Tennessee and Georgia are under $2 billion.

    At a 5% payout, USC’s $8 billion endowment should generate $400 million.

    1. KAM: Mel Witherspoon, the Democrat City Council President for Erie City, PA, just claimed he shot a man in the head when he was 17 and got away with it because of mafia ties and connections. “I shot him in the head point blank… I stayed in jail one night, I never went to court… that ‘family’ [mafia] made a call… and I was out the next day.”

The guy threatens to harm or even kill other posters, laments that the assassin’s bullet missed, posts photos of the President is dresses and ballerina outfits, calls fire victims whiners and laughs at cancer victims in hospice care, calls his own mother a prostitute, routinely talks about other posters’ wives and mothers, shares stories of his sexual perversions, constantly lies and manipulates, posts under other users names, and posted hundreds of animal videos in an attempt to drive others off the blog.

But according to Sparrow, the guy is being picked on. Just a bit “eccentric.” No, Michael Jackson was eccentric. This guy is mentally ill. A bully who was called out and exposed as a coward.

Oh yeah, you have such low self-esteem that you feel more comfortable assuming another identity and posting under the false identity. Think about how messed up a person has to be to reach that point. You really need help. Don’t go back to sniffing glue. It just makes things worse.”

  2. KAM: A taxpayer-funded outlet. An employee using government resources to make death threats to a sitting member of Congress. From inside the studio. Over 15 months. No one stopped him. This isn’t just corruption, it’s state-sponsored extremism. Voice of America isn’t journalism anymore. It’s a liability to national security. Shut it down. Investigate everything.

  3. KAM: The Wall Street Journal just released an alleged letter from Donald Trump to Jeffrey Epstein for Epstein’s 50th birthday. President Trump says the letter “is a fake thing,” and says he is going to sue the outlet. The letter allegedly involved a hand-drawn woman with text that read: “Happy Birthday — and may every day be another wonderful secret.” President Trump says the 2003 letter is not from him. “This is not me. This is a fake thing. It’s a fake Wall Street Journal story. I never wrote a picture in my life. I don’t draw pictures of women. It’s not my language. It’s not my words.”

DON: I’m gonna sue The Wall Street Journal just like I sued CBS and ABC, and win.

  4. KAM: Introducing the New Trojan Family Athletic Fund!

USC Athletics continues to be a force in the collegiate athletics landscape, and so much of that has to do with YOU. The support you provide is truly transformational – because of you, we are able to attract the nation’s top student-athletes and provide them with everything they need to reach their fullest potential. From scholarship support and academic advising, to performance nutrition, sports medicine, and mental health care, your investment empowers USC to compete for championships and transform lives.

As the landscape of college athletics continues to change, we must adapt with it. That is why we’re excited to launch the new Trojan Athletic Fund – a reimagined approach that prioritizes simplicity, transparency, and a fan-first experience while maximizing support for our student-athletes.

Built based on fan feedback and third-party assessment of our old model, the new TAF has been designed to:

    ●    Increase recognition and stewardship of your generosity

    ●    Expand access and fair pricing for football and basketball seating

    ●    Empower better gameday atmospheres at the Coliseum and Galen Center

    ●    Introduce Victory Points, a new rewards system that honors both past and present support

We’ve also introduced new levels of recognition – Trojan Champions and The Trojan Leadership Circle – to celebrate our most generous annual and lifetime supporters. And through the Trojan Victory Fund, we’re doubling down on our commitment to student-athletes by providing scholarship support, enhanced resources, and revenue share through institutional NIL opportunities.

The season ticket model for 2026 USC Football and 2025-26 Men’s and Women’s Basketball will now feature a clearly defined per-seat contribution. This replaces the outdated membership tiers and better aligns with industry standards across the Big Ten and NCAA. It’s a meaningful step forward – modernizing our business, engaging our fans, and positioning USC to win in this new era.

The links below to our brochure and website include more details and a FAQ section to answer your most pressing questions. And of course, our team is always here to support you at (213) 740-4155

Thank you for standing with us. Thank you for believing in what USC Athletics represents. And thank you for helping us build a future where every Trojan student-athlete can thrive.
