I almost got fooled yesterday when I saw that USC landed Texas Tech transfer Connor Shouse, who hit .353 with 10 home runs and 66 RBI.
Turned out he had committed to South Carolina. USC can’t land a transfer like this, apparently. Where are the power hitters in next year’s lineup, by the way?
- Paisios Polamalu, the son of former USC safety Troy Polamalu, has committed to Stanford. He is a safety at St. Augustine High School in San Diego.

Polamalu is 5’9″ 190, hope he gets a degree from Tree U.

DON: I’m sure Troy’s leanings were pulled to SC because of his stardom there, but maybe his kid is not of ‘SC-grade

KAM: It is unnerving that there is so much saber-rattling going on with Iran
DON: There’ll always be skirmishes here and there, it’s unavoidable, but full scale war isn’t happening again. If attacked Iran will bomb its neighbors. That can’t happen anymore
KAM: Of course we are not factoring in ‘Israel’s influence and involvement with U.S.-Iran affairs. They’re the ‘wild card

KAM: How do you handle the daily pressure?
DON: I’m deflective, you can’t absorb everything that comes at you. But you got to put in the hours, long long hours– I probably should be putting in for overtime

KAM: What I saw in the last 30 minutes of the Mexico-England match was wave after wave of Mexico’s attacks on the England goal although none of them landed
DON: Even in defeat the Mexico fans got their money’s worth

DON: Of course he has to say that but he and I know the truth
