Lincoln Riley couldn’t get USC to the College Football Playoff, so the playoff is coming to USC. Michigan is holding its official Rose Bowl rally today at 2 p.m. at the Galen Center. In our continuing look at Trojans who passed away in 2023, Troy Richardson was the punter on the 1985 Rose Bowl championship team and was the Trojans’ starting punter in 1983 and 1984.
