Tailback Stephen Carr, who is rehabbing his injured back, should be back for fall camp, according to Clay Helton.
Carr has not had to undergo any surgicall procedures. He could rejoin the strength and conditioning drills by June, Helton said.

Actually, Scottie, he did have surgery. Had to remove a bone chip from the nerve area. (Clay discussed it during yesterday’s availability.) They just need that to heal up. He’ll be doing strength & conditioning with agility over the summer, and he’ll be full speed by fall camp.

Thanks for providing the actual situation. I think that he had surgery about a month ago, and that it will be about a 3 month recovery (so June is correct).
