I recently asked former USC assistant coach Dave Levy, who is in the USC Hall of Fame, how often McKay went to Julie’s?
“Every night,” Levy said.

Scooter, this is where McKay would draw up plays on napkins and then run them to win 4 National Championships, 2 Heismans, many All Americans. This place was even more important than Heritage Hall or the coaches office.
