Kliff Kingsbury Reportedly Turns Down Houston

USC offensive coordinator Kliff Kingsbury turned down an offer to coach at Houston, according to Brett McMurphy of WatchStadium.com.

He said West Virginia’s Dana Holgorsen is Houston’s next target. Why wouldn’t it be the other way around? Holgorsen actually won at West Virginia, unlike Kingsbury at Texas Tech.

Besides, if Kingsbury actually believes the fawning media reports he could get an offer from an NFL team, he might think he is in line for a pro job.

  1. Kingsbury is probably eyeing the USC oppty to get the head coach job here with the Trojans after next year. Otherwise , turning down head jobs to be at USC makes no sense .

    1. I wouldn’t give him that much credit. He fired a Coach who won the Pac 12 Championship before he was booted him after a poor NCAA tournament, but also took that program to 3 straight Final Fours. His teams were not the same and undisciplined at times but they should have let him go one more season with that group of freshman he leaned on that was highly thought of. Guerrero was lucky Savage made him look good because his hires are flops in the big sports.

  2. Maybe Kliff Kingsbury knows something that we don’t, but if Clay Helton gets fired, doesn’t that mean Kingsbury failed as an offensive coordinator? 🤔🤔

Pudless, the best lies, and false accusations usually contain some fact.

Why does your 4th-rate fiction sound like a child fantasy script rejected by Fox News?

    Free Osa Messina, eh Pudless.
