  1. Why is James Franklin’s named mentioned for the USC and Florida State jobs? It seems to me he has a good thing going at Penn. It’s just USC hubris that makes fans think any of these coaches would take the job of USC head coach. Who wants that headache?

      2.) Allegedly, Franklin is unhappy that Penn State refuses to pay assistants more.
