Here’s linebacker Ed Gutierrez tackling Oregon State QB Scott Richardson in USC’s 56-0 victory at the Coliseum in 1976.
Gutierrez, running back Lynn Cain and quarterback Walt Ransom were on the 1976 team and also played on the California state championship team at East Los Angeles College. Gutierrez ranked seventh in minutes played among defensive players and intercepted two passes in 1976.
The RBs then were so good (Bell, White) that Lynn Cain got hardly any USC carries, but he had nearly a 1,000 yard season in the NFL for the Falcons.

Need to broker a deal with Puma. I wore Pumas in high school for football and baseball. They were some of the best shoes ever.

Where are the snow chains for the bus? Dangerous to drive in snow wihtout chains. Sc should have ensured that the bus was safe. It is not. I lived in snow and that is why i live in Southern California, to be away from the snow.
