Ed, plenty of good you can do in your native (?} language. For example, go to DC and ask about the budget “How come me and the missus can’t borrow way over our heads forever, like that fed government? smdh”
Or monetary policy “Don’t all them dollar bills wind up making spam and cheese whiz cost more? smdh”

Ed, I think we need fewer policy officers in DC. It is those policies from DC that are creating headaches for us.

If the blogger really wanted to stir up some mixed emotions today, he should’ve posted a pic of former L.A. Ram Pat Haden in the royal blue and yellow uniform.

I worked with L. A. and Oakland and San Francisco cops for 30 years of my life. Hard working, middle class warriors of all colors who literally risk their lives every time someone calls them out to fix a problem. When I hear opinions as dumb as yours I momentarily wonder why they do it.

LOL! Why? Because most of them aren’t very smart and would never make the money they do in any other line of work, especially here in So Cal.
People who refuse to acknowledge the manner in which many of them abuse their authority are no different than people who try to claim Biden is doing a great job. So don’t laugh at them either.
Until more people call them out for it, they have no reason to change and this ugly cycle will continue. People who support them no matter what, are part of the problem. I know you can’t admit this and that’s ok.

Every cop I knew had one problem or another —sometimes lots of problems —-with a partner officer, with a girlfriend or a wife, drafting applications for search warrants, nerves on the witness stand, controlling their emotions during standoffs, etc., etc., etc., —– and every single one of them was worth 500 of you.

Excuses are like a-holes. Biden has an excuse, too…starts with a “d”. Doesn’t make him any less dangerous.

Those of us with memories more than a few years old recall the days when old USC Trojans were on nearly every NFL roster.
There was a glorious time when all but 1 or 2 Super Bowls featured at least one former USC Trojan.
Knowing the 49ers represent the only chance for an old Trojan to participate in Super Bowl XLI is a direct reflection of how the recent coaching staffs and administrators “crashed a friggin’ Ferrari.”

Well the Rams won and still no CW news. Here in Rialto a neighbor lit off son fireworks. But being Rialto we all took cover until we were sure it wasn’t gunfire. It’s all good now

When Ed G. takes political office, the first thing he will do is to pass a law that distinguishes gun fire sounds from fireworks. smdh that it hasn’t been done already.

Luckily Ed realizes the definition section of that statute has to be backed up by a penalties section, 67.
ED’s Law:
Real gunfire —- $15 fine
Firework explosions — Death Penalty.

The dam fireworks kill bunches of people every year. Me and the missus nearly burned down her third cousin, twice removed, house when we was just playing with some sparklers in the living room. Dam old sofa we was sittin on wasn’t fire retard. Had to hightail it to the corner liquor store. smdh.

Just a bit off topic, but what ever happened to Charlie Bucket? He was ridiculous but created quite a buzz! There was always the conspiracy about who the real author was.
Could Just Owns and Ed G be kinda cut from the same stone?

Wow, MG, you have really been at it today, from supporting cops (My only comment on that subject is that we need cops and I have always been too afraid to even think of becoming one), to discussing Biden (I steer clear of politics), to wondering about Charlie Bucket’s true identity (he obviously left the blog).
Good show, man!

We are making Ed into a bigger star than he already is! [This reminds me of jury selection back in the day —every once in a while I’d run into a juror who made me think “oh, crap –this person has to be the foreperson!” —so I’d just ask that person 300 extra questions and compliment every answer they gave —voila — a star is born]…..

Always have been afraid of the foreperson who can make the deal
a 50-50 proposition, not the odds I want.
So I knock off the strong personalities.
I guess making them a star works if they’re your star not your opponent’s.
