Offensive guard Micah Banuelos of Burien, Wash., makes his college choice today at 3 p.m. on YouTube.
Banuelos is down to Oregon, USC and Texas A&M. He is rated a three-star prospect.
At this point, USC could use even a three-star if it can get one as more prospects commit early.
For example, Chase Bisontis, the No. 3-ranked offensive guard in the nation by Rivals, committed to Texas A&M on Sunday over LSU, Michigan State and Rutgers.
With A&M getting a guard, Banuelos is believed to be down to Oregon and USC.

Lincoln Riley will eventually sign Micah Banuelos, but he’ll have to wait until he enters the transfer portal after leaving Texas A&M, or Oregon for lack of playing time. 😂

Why would anyone commit to Oregon when the future of the Pac-12 and Oregon are so much up in the air? The only reason I can fathom is if they write a big collective check to him.
The truth is that commitments dont matter unless players are signing NIL contracts that cant be broken.

I would love to see SC get this guy. On film he looks great especially as a run blocker. But anytime you have SC’s NIL package going against Oregons NIL package and Uncle Phil, I’m picking Oregon 6 days a week and twice on Sunday. Again…..I hope I’m wrong.

I am concerned about the Trojans traveling back east 2000 miles every other week. Throw in the snow games and you have a tough schedule, no matter who you play. It’s time to go NFL and realign the whole thing. A West coast school should not be in a Midwest league. Way to much jet travel. Did we forget global warming.
