Being a manager used to carry some prestige to it and you can see the managers are wearing sweaters with patches that say “Soph SC Mgr” or “Junior SC Mgr.”
Note the wagon the managers are gathered around at Bovard Field.

I do hope the threats are not serious. NOTHING posted on a blog warrants any type of violence. Far too many people out there these days settling their problems that way.
Read one earlier today about a 26 year old S. Carolina mom shot & killed in the grocery store parking lot on Valentine’s Day by a 23 year old woman, after they got into it about the right-of-way, grocery cart vs car. The mom’s 2 year old was in the car. HORRIBLE.

USC had many WWII vets. World War II saw USC student enrollment decrease by 15 percent, and 75 faculty members marched off to war, along with more than 2,600 alumni. By 1945, 75 percent of the male student body was in uniform.
Why is JOwns such a vile person? Just a completely wasted space.

That is such a stupid thing to write. You go out of your way to challenge the courage of those men who got into a school that wouldn’t respond to your request for an application. As someone who is married to a UCLA Masters graduate, don’t belittle your school’s reputation by insulting those men. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar doesn’t write like that, you wouldn’t send that post to your mother or professors at UCLA like Dr. Jean Garibaldi. Use that crap when you tweet Bill Marr.

As for why JOwns is such a vile person? I believe the answer can be summed up in one four letter word: Ucla. No matter how you cut it, not nearly as elite an education as he would have you believe.
However, depending on his favorite team’s fortunes, he is generally an upstanding, respected troll.

Ghost, with all due respect, UCLA is the #1 US public university.
Conversely, Clown U isn’t the #1 US private university. In fact, and I find this truly hilarious, Clown U wants to be the Stanford of the West.
IMHO, Jesus will ride a donkey in Times Sq. before Clown U displaces Stanford Univ. as the Stanford of the West.

After performing infantile card tricks at home SUCC FB games, sophisticated, patrician, bozo students, thought World War II was just so pedestrian/ plebeian.
Beside Johnniekins “Yellow Feather” Wayne was winning the Pacific war in Burbank using just a rusty Boy Scout knife to defeat entire Japanese Infantry Divisions. Johnniekins’ didn’t need no stinking help.

Little known fact. Into the late 90’s, Verl Lillywhite still had the Rose Bowl record/USC record for lifetime Punt Return average–a sparkling 167 yards (or so) on 10 punt returns, for a 16.7 average.

Then why don’t you do some reading about how prominent UCLA alumni, worried about the increase of Japanese students into their “Anglo” built school helped the federal government direct the FBI and local law enforcement to target Japanese families. Truth sucks, doesn’t it?

And UCLA never rehired all of their staff or professors who had to go through internment. By the way, Dr. Sammy Lee is a USC graduate and WW2 veteran. You consider him a rotten apple as well?
