USC Friday Column Supplement: Four-Star Makes Decision

Here is what a USC practice looked like at Bovard Field in 1969.

  • Aaron Flowers, a four-star Class of 2024 safety from Forney, Texas, committed to Oregon. USC, Alabama and Oklahoma were the other finalists. Of course, it’s still eight months to the first signing date.
  • The Pac-12 is reportedly talking to the CW about televising some games according to the Athletic. Hey, at least it’s a channel that nearly everyone gets.

      2. No idea. But that’s all the CW is, channel 5 at night. The only shows I’ve enjoyed are Supernatural and Dead Pixels Brit humor about losers who devote their entire lives to gaming. Not people who do it for an hour or three each day. We’re talking every waking hour!! It was damn funny!!

        Cartoon Network does the same thing. Night time programming is broadcast by “Adult Swim” (Rick & Morty, Robot Chicken, etc.).

      3. I don’t watch any of that stuff but if they have USC football, that’s great. Maybe I’ll think about quitting Spectrum. It’s way too expensive.

      4. They changed the name from TWC, as if a name change alone would improve their service. But everyone I know who has Rectum is not happy.

        None of them are perfect, but we’re somewhat satisfied with Dish.

      5. I won’t be with Spectrum forever. I will change. I’m not sure what I’ll change to. Right now there are some other personal factors that I’m waiting on but thanks for the tip.

        I loved it when Channel 5 had George Putnam and Larry Carroll on Channel 5 news. At 10:30 PM they would have Talk Back and Putnam would let the rabble rousers have it. Great times.

    2. You people are a bunch of clowns. Get a Roku device for $34 and use your internet WiFi to get t.v. for free. You just download apps like tubi, pluto, peacock etc. once you attach your Roku to your t.v. and you have free t.v. all your local channels and more, free movies, it all runs off your home internet service provider.

      I have Spectrum, but still watch tubi, pluto etc. Roku even has YouTube where you can view sports highlights, music anything on YouTube

      Roku device does not charge monthly, you buy the device and connect it to your t.v.

      Roku channel offers live t.v.

      2. Tebow, I use a Firestick. But for some shows I need to log in with our Dish account.

        If things ever get as dire as my buddy claims things are for me, I’ll let the Dish go and just use the Firestick. But thanks for the suggestion. I have a buddy who also loves his Roku.

  4. Over a year my sources advised me that Caleb was coming to USC.

    Tonight, I have been told Bronny likely to be signing with USC.
    Isiah Collier and he have developed a close relationship.

    This will really put Coach AE in the spotlight as well.
