Former USC guard Reese Dixon-Waters is transferring to San Diego State, according to Kris Johnson.
Dixon-Waters visited the Aztecs last weekend.
- The Big Ten is expected to hire former MLB and CBS Sports Executive Tony Petitti as the league’s next commissioner, according to Pete Thamel.
This is a significant development with USC moving into the conference. Petitti will be involved in decisions ranging from scheduling (which affects USC and UCLA the most) to possible expansion. Some will argue Ohio State A.D. Gene Smith will have more influence than Petitti but at least we know who the commissioner is now.
