Former USC football player Gerald Washington has a heavyweight fight today in London against Derek Chisora. And he is still wearing a USC hat.
It’s a big night for Washington, who is on the undercard for the Anthony Joshua–Robert Helenius fight at the O2 Arena. Chisora’s last fight was a loss to Tyson Fury.

Every university president that had anything to do with not accepting that offer should be fired on the spot, today. They are egotistical acadmics that don’t know shit about money except how to accept it. They have no conception of how many peoples lives they have caused harm to, and probably don’t care anyway.

If there are 2 things that the Pac12 presidents could be blamed for was 1) keeping Larry Scott at the helm for the last 6 years of his tenure when everyone from John Canzano, Jon Wilmer, and even Wolfie on this blog were screaming about the waste, extravagance, and mismanagement at the Pac12 HQ. 2) Following up the Larry Scott hire with George K. , who was a obviously in over his head and could not read the room and see the threat posed by other conferences that were better managed.
I’m not surprised at the implosion of the Pac12 as it was 10-12 years in the making due to bad decisions by everyone involved. I am surprised at how quickly it all ended. And frankly, I’m saddened by it.

I’ve seen Washington in a few matches on tv…he looks good at the start , he had 1 really good fight heavy weight championship of some importance but lost…he has a 75% win record approx…
