The Pac-12 unveiled its officiating changes this morning. The biggest change is supervisor of officials David Coleman will no longer report to general counsel Woodie Dixon and report directly to Larry Scott. There was upset in the Pac-12 media poll just released: Utah was picked to win the Pac-12. In a narrow race, the Utes received 12 votes while Oregon received 11 and Washington 9. The Pac-12 South race was not nearly so close. Utah trounced USC with 33 votes to 2 votes. So USC is picked to finish second, as expected.
