Five-star offensive tackle Josh Conerly of Seattle committed to Oregon tonight. The USC fanboy recruiting media was so excited all week that Conerly would be a Trojan. “I did not have my mind made up until Wednesday,” said Conerly, who said he was figuring out to choose between USC and Oregon. These are the types of guys USC needs. People assumed Lincoln Riley would get … Continue reading Josh Conerly Commits To Oregon
It is Ricky Bell’s birthday and I am always ready to appreciate him. I have no problem saying should be one of the top 5 tailbacks in USC history. You know it’s Spring Practice season when video gets released of spectacular catches and poor … Continue reading USC Notes: How You Know It’s Spring Practice Season
The Athletic has a story on Clay Helton. It’s behind a paywall so I haven’t read it. But Helton is asked what he learned from getting fired at USC? “Fight like hell for your culture,” Helton said. Does he mean he didn’t work hard enough to instill a culture? Because Lincoln Riley has spent the past four months trying to change the culture at USC. … Continue reading USC Morning Buzz: It’s The Ghost Of Spring Practice Past
