The Price Of Doing Nothing
I’ve said if USC makes a coaching change after the season, it can go after recruits who committed elsewhere. But how many will it need to chase? Cornerback Elias Ricks and defensive tackle Jordan Berry committed to LSU. Safety Darion Green-Warren committed to Oklahoma. Calabasas five-star wide receiver Johnny Wilson and four-star wide receiver Jermaine Burton do not have USC in their top schools lists. The hole USC is … Continue reading The Price Of Doing Nothing
LSU Steals Another Southern California Recruit
Narbonne defensive tackle Jordan Berry has committed to LSU, the second Southern California player from the Class of 2020 to commit to the Tigers in recent weeks. Berry was offered by USC. He is currently a three-star recruit but I’m guessing Ed Orgeron knows how to evaluate defensive linemen. A USC Tradition Involving A Tooth Pick

USC Morning Buzz: The Clueless Crowd Tries To Defend Clay Helton
Nothing amazes me more than people who are aware of USC’s shortcomings under Clay Helton but still try to defend him. It’s definitely a group decreasing in size but they cling to Helton winning a Rose Bowl and Pac-12 title as proof he has been a successful coach. They don’t care that USC is on a downward trend. They don’t care Sam Darnold was responsible … Continue reading USC Morning Buzz: The Clueless Crowd Tries To Defend Clay Helton
Nick Saban Moves Faster Than Clay Helton
Steve Sarkisian was just one of seven new assistant coaches announced by Alabama today. Clay Helton is still looking for a strength coach. And Ivan Lewis has been gone for about a month. Continue reading Nick Saban Moves Faster Than Clay Helton
Former USC Coaches Finally Get Official Titles
Alabama finally named Steve Sarkisian as offensive coordinator. Nick Saban better keep a tight leash there. Meanwhile, Tee Martin was named Tennessee wide receivers coach, with additional titles of assistant head coach and passing game coordinator. Poor guy can never coach quarterbacks despite playing quarterback. Continue reading Former USC Coaches Finally Get Official Titles
