USC Notes: Athletic Director Candidate Says Not Interested
Before USC hired Mike Bohn, it offered the job to Texas athletic director Chris Del Conte, who turned it down. Here is what Del Conte, who will be mentioned again by some publications, told reporters today. “I have no interest in any other job,” he said. “Who you work for matters. Morning Buzz: USC Barely Beat Oregon On Recruit

Happy Birthday Tommy Trojan!

That was a coup to get him … Continue reading Happy Birthday Tommy Trojan!

Two-time All-American Dennis Thurman intercepted passes in seven straight games. And 13 overall in his career. He was a consensus All-American in 1976 and unanimous … Continue reading Where Have All The Interceptions Gone?
Clay Helton May Be Back At Coliseum In 2025!
USC and Georgia Southern have agreed to play on Sept. 6, 2025 at the Coliseum. So Clay Helton returns to the Coliseum, if he is still the coach at Georgia Southern. Now I might normally lament USC playing someone like Georgia Southern but Lincoln Riley will be up to his eyeballs with Big Ten teams, so he needs a week off. Now someone will say … Continue reading Clay Helton May Be Back At Coliseum In 2025!
