The biggest change is supervisor of officials David Coleman will no longer report to general counsel Woodie Dixon and report directly to Larry Scott. There was upset in the Pac-12 media poll just released: Utah was picked to win the Pac-12. In a narrow race, the Utes received 12 votes while Oregon received 11 and Washington 9.
