Judge Refuses To Drop Lori Loughlin Case

A federal judge on Friday declined to dismiss charges against actress Lori Loughlin, her husband along with several other parents accused in College Admissions Scandal. Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, are scheduled to go on trial in October on charges that allege they paid around $500,000 to get their daughters admitted to USC as fake rowing recruits.
