Important Announcement About USC Blog

When I started this blog 29 months ago, it was going to be more of a hobby after covering USC for more than 20 years.

I never imagined it would grow to its current size and attract such a loyal audience.

Well, now it’s time to grow even more. Today, I’m taking the InsideUSC blog to Sports Illustrated. The new address is https://www.si.com/college/usc/

The new USC blog will be the same in many ways but will have much more video, more recruiting and a stronger “community” area for comments. I hope you will join me at the new site for even more USC coverage.

      And –speaking of hard to watch — where does the Pope get off telling America to abandon capitalism? I’m a Catholic and I’m waiting for someone to tell this guy to shut up. When it comes to economics he’s just another guy with an opinion.

I’m appalled that the Pope would stick his big nose into politics — where does he get off saying China has a BETTER approach to the pandemic than America when CHINA created the virus in it’s own labs….and deliberately sent it into the West? Okay, I know China have him a billion plus dollars last week…. but does he have to become their absolute, unquestioning puppet from here on out?

      1. How many donors understand the real aims of BLM? Not that many. But the ones who do understand must actually believe in bloody revolution (thinking, of course, they’ll escape the bloodshed). They don’t seem to care that these “people’s revolutions” end up hurting the poor in every single country in which they’ve occurred.

I think Melania was okay in the role of Trophy Wife to the Chairman of the Board —but she’s hopelessly over her head as First Lady. It sounds unkind but she should be politely asked not to speak in public and cautioned to only talk about family matters in private. And no more coats with “I don’t care!” emblazoned on the rear when she’s boarding Air Force One.

    2. Michael, that is the kind of dedicated and selfless teamwork that is in such short supply today. Bravo!

      We installed carbon monoxide detectors about a year ago. Long story short, we had to. Now we have smoke and CO detectors. I say to my wife “What is the purpose of having both? We aren’t going to drive a car into the living room and let the engine run. So why is that needed?”

  45. Biden is such a hilarious coward. When it looked like Trump was down and out he said he couldn’t wait for next debate. Now when there’s a chance Trump MIGHT be able to attend, Biden says he’ll “leave it to the scientists!” His whole pathetic deal is SO obvious.
    Speaking of pathetic –Baldwin says it’s fine to point jokes at the President since he’s not that sick —when 2 months ago he went on record saying anybody who got covid “would be listless forever!”
