Important Announcement About USC Blog

When I started this blog 29 months ago, it was going to be more of a hobby after covering USC for more than 20 years.

I never imagined it would grow to its current size and attract such a loyal audience.

Well, now it’s time to grow even more. Today, I’m taking the InsideUSC blog to Sports Illustrated. The new address is https://www.si.com/college/usc/

The new USC blog will be the same in many ways but will have much more video, more recruiting and a stronger “community” area for comments. I hope you will join me at the new site for even more USC coverage.

CIA officials also requested that the FBI investigate Russian knowledge of the Clinton campaign’s collusion smear operation.

    Newly declassified handwritten notes from former CIA Director John Brennan show that the U.S. intelligence community knew in 2016 that Russian intelligence was actively monitoring, and potentially injecting disinformation into, Clinton’s anti-Trump collusion narrative.

    Oregon slightly edges USC.

    All the defections from the ducks’ starting lineup certainly changes things for this season.

    With a brand new OL and new QB, plus new faces in what surely would have been the best secondary on the west coast, I don’t think Oregon is a shoe-in for p12 conf champion again.

    I personally think USC should now be favored, at least on paper. Seasoned QBs will do that for a team.

    This being basically a throw-away season, I’m good with that. Hoping for better things in 2021.

    BTW good to see Cal getting some love these days. They will sort of be Oregon-lite this season…with head coach, co-DC and OC who all starred in Eugene as ducks.
