When I started this blog 29 months ago, it was going to be more of a hobby after covering USC for more than 20 years.

I never imagined it would grow to its current size and attract such a loyal audience.

Well, now it’s time to grow even more. Today, I’m taking the InsideUSC blog to Sports Illustrated. The new address is https://www.si.com/college/usc/

The new USC blog will be the same in many ways but will have much more video, more recruiting and a stronger “community” area for comments. I hope you will join me at the new site for even more USC coverage.

      Anyone who wants an inside look at what a piece of human excrement Hillary is only has to catch her on YouTube laughing uproariously when she’s told Kadaffi’s been knife raped to death. Yes, he was a motherfucker —- but her reaction was 100 miles from normal. I’ve been in the presence of both Police & Federal agents when they’ve been told that VERY serious assholes have died….and I’ve NEVER seen one of them start laughing.

    News consumers can be forgiven for assuming that the unrest in America’s cities that erupted after George Floyd’s death had largely abated. Media’s coverage of that lawlessness has certainly ebbed, but, as events in Chicago on Sunday night demonstrated, the organized assaults on American cities did not.

    The riots that erupted in Chicago followed a pattern that forecloses on the notion that they were in any way spontaneous.

    Hundreds of rioters descended on the city center—shuttled into the chaos by what seemed to be a dedicated fleet of vehicles. Cars were used to ram storefronts.

    A U-Haul truck appeared on the scene to facilitate the marauding. ATMs were ripped out of walls. Pharmacies were raided for prescription drugs.

    High-end retail storefronts were stripped bare.

    This is a particularly brazen example of the lawlessness that American cities have been experiencing to some degree since the last week of May. Over the long, hot summer of 2020, cities across the country have been devastated by organized mob violence.

    1. A great speech penned on a napkin by a great man troubled by knowing that over 500,000 AMERICAN MEN would ultimately be slaughtered in his effort to preserve a just Union. An effort to unite an incredibly divided country at the time.

      Recall that even the “Northerners” were incredibly divided over the issues of the day.
