USC Hires Mike Leach Aide For New Football Position

Dave Emerick, who has worked for Mike Leach the past 18 years, was hired by USC to be “General Manager/Senior Associate Athletic Director for Football.” This is a position that never existed previously at USC. I’m interested exactly where it fits in the athletic dept. hierarchy because USC only has around five senior associate athletic directors but none solely dedicated to football.
