The rain yesterday did not stop USC beach volleyball from playing two matches vs. Grand Canyon and Long Beach State.
USC won both matches, 3-2.
The beach volleyball alumni match is today at 1 p.m.
- USC leads Auburn, 3-0, in the third inning today. Jaden Agassi is pitching for USC. The Trojans lost Friday night to the Tigers, 8-7.
- Alabama is having quite a week.

Personally, I see just one conclusion; Brandon is, at a minimum, guilty of gross complicity (i.e. Willingly supplying/delivering the murder weapon.) to facilitate an execution style homicide.
I know Clown U allowed Chad “Wheelie” Wheeler suit up and play FB after the weekend “Wheelie” went ‘roid berserk on the cops.
But when you participate in homicide; a wrist slap, and let’s move on and play BB, just doesn’t cut it in the justice column.

Owns, I never said the guy shouldn’t be charged with a crime. The criminal statutes in that particular municipality show his actions or lack of don’t rise to a level of criminal conduct. The question comes down to, whether or not he knew the gun was in the car. I think he did!
Why is Miller not charged with a crime?
Miller, according to his attorney, “never touched the gun, was not involved in its exchange to Mr. Davis in any way, and never knew that illegal activity involving the gun would occur.” Miller and his attorney also maintain that he was unaware the gun was in his vehicle, though Miles’ text to Miller requesting he bring him his gun raises questions about the veracity of that claim. Thus far that has allowed him to avoid any legal culpability.
“There’s nothing we could charge him with,” Tuscaloosa chief deputy district attorney Paula Whitley told AL.com of Miller’s legal exposure.
Court records indicate Davis has admitted to firing the gun that led to Harris’ death and Miles has taken responsibility for supplying the weapon.

He drove the car that had the weapon but couldn’t get charged for being an accessory. He isn’t showing any remorse for the young mother that was murdered. Alabama won’t suspend this player for his involvement. Yet they claim to be Christians.

Legally he may not be guilty of anything but the optics are terrible on behalf of Bama, and that video is completely tone deaf and disrespectful. Even if you’ve been doing this all year, maybe consider shelving this act.

Well Brett Hundley didn’t need an RPG to break his lady’s ankle. She must have been hiking him so hard he said “I’ll slow you down!” and promptly beat her on multiple occasions. Worse than Chad Wheeler who had a psychotic episode. See Owns, I condemned both men for putting hands on women they claim to love and a society that let’s men with a modicum of wealth get away with more than the regular Joe get away with- even for less.
