Troy Tulowitzki has turned down the USC baseball job, which places the job search back to square one. Tulowitzki is the second coach to turn down the job following UC Santa Barbara coach Andrew Checketts. Texas baseball assistant coach Troy Tulowitzki is on campus today talking to USC about the baseball job. Sources tell me USC has met his salary demands and some minor details are being worked out. USC has zeroed in on Troy Tulowitzki to be its next baseball coach and a job offer is expected this week.
