Lincoln Riley wrote an essay for The Players Tribune on his departure from Oklahoma to USC. It’s not particularly revealing but I will include a couple excerpts if you are curious. “There are aspects of my departure and transition that I would certainly do differently if I could do it again, and I acknowledge that I could have handled some parts of the situation better. … Continue reading Lincoln Riley Addresses Move From Oklahoma To USC

USC coach Lincoln Riley wants his players under control during Saturday’s scrimmage. “We don’t need guys that start to do their own thing, lose sight of all of the progress we’ve made,” Riley said. “(It’s about) trusting all that we’ve done, putting it on display Saturday, and that’ll be enough.” Everything always sounds like an opposite for whatever Clay Helton would do. Manor is 12 miles from Austin and Steve Sarkisian … Continue reading USC Gets Tailback That Texas Strangely Didn’t Offer

USC tailback Travis Dye is going to play one year for the Trojans so he isn’t interested in a rebuilding process. “I want to win the whole thing,” Dye said Monday night. “If you want recognition you have to win games.” USC forward Jordyn Jenkins and guard Kyra White have transferred to Texas-San Antonio. Jenkins was USC’s best player last season and only all-Pac-12 first … Continue reading USC Morning Buzz: No Patience For Dye
