It’s Not Just Offensive Line That Needs More Help

USC’s leading tackler last season, linebacker Kana’i Mauga, announced he will enter the NFL Draft. I have to say that USC’s got few linebackers on the roster and fewer good ones. This is feeling like a problem area like the offensive line. USC has signed only one linebacker so far, Garrison Madden, who is a three-star from Georgia. I’m told Henson will make close to the $900,000+ being paid to USC assistant coach Donte Williams so a big play was made to get him to Los Angeles. Henson was also an offensive line coach at Oklahoma State and LSU. One … Continue reading USC Hires Offensive Line Coach

USC’s New Running Backs Coach Already Quit

Tashard Choice, the new USC running backs coach, has accepted a job at Texas, where he will work for Steve Sarkisian. It will go down as one of the shorter USC coaching tenures ever. Bo Davis, currently the Texas defensive line coach, was at USC for less than a week in 2014 before he went to Alabama. Davis was hired by Sarkisian too. Paul Hackett … Continue reading USC’s New Running Backs Coach Already Quit
