An argument of some USC media fanboys (before the losses made them turn on him) was that Donte Williams was burdened by the fact he was named interim coach so early in the season, it was impossible to control the team for so long a period of time without the authority of being a permanent successor. That conveniently forgets Ed Orgeron went 6-2 in 2013 … Continue reading USC Sunday Buzz: Donte Williams And Graham Harrell Follies
Another week, another embarrassing loss. USC’s defense is so porous and unable to tackle. The offense is anemic and I cannot explain the way the QBs are rotated because it makes no sense. Jaxson Dart led USC to its first TD and then gets yanked for Kedon Slovis. What are these coaches thinking? I’m tired of the Donte Williams era. Continue reading Discuss The USC-ASU Game

Stoops also was defensive coordinator at Arizona so he … Continue reading Here’s An Unconventional Choice For USC
If you listened to the Petros and Money show on Thursday (live from Downey!), I decided to break a little news during my appearance. I mentioned that sources at USC told me Cincinnati coach Luke Fickell is interested in the USC job and clearly the frontrunner in the coaching search. There has been a lot of speculation that Fickell and his family do not want … Continue reading If It’s Friday, It’s Time For A USC Notes Column
