Cromwell Field Will Be No More Next Week

Carol Folt and Mike Bohn are expected to host an official ceremony April 10th to remame Cromwell Field as Allyson Felix Field. The 11:30 a.m. ceremony will take place outside the track and field stadium near the P.E. Building. One thing USC hasn’t mentioned yet is whether Allyson Felix will actually attend. USC president Carol Folt gave her “state of the university” speech on Tuesday. Folt said USC raised $770 million in pledges and gifts, which she described as “one of the top years in our history.” She also said USC paid off nearly $2.5 billion in coronavirus and legal expenses. Yes, It Was Harder Than Ever To Get Into USC

Every year it get harder to get into USC. USC’s acceptance rate for the 2022-23 college application year was just 11.5 percent, a 0.5 percent decrease from last year’s rate. USC received 80,790 applications and accepted 8,032 for the Fall 2023 semester.
