Game Day is finally here! After having to listen to Clay Helton for the past nine months, USC plays an actual game. And it’s time for you to pick the score. As I said earlier this week, if this game were at the end of the season I would feel differently about Fresno State. But they have a new QB and a lot of new … Continue reading USC-Fresno State Pick The Score

Helton’s motto is “Faith, Family and Football.” Well, he didn’t show any faith in Sears, didn’t treat him like family … Continue reading If It’s Friday, It’s Time For A USC Notes Column

If you listened to the podcast I did Monday, you heard me say Clay Helton wants to play backup QB Kedon Slovis on Saturday against Fresno State. He even has a planned series for Slovis. Naturally, Helton can change that depending on how the game unfolds but playing Slovis is not unprecedented for Helton. Remember, he went into the Alabama game intending to give Sam … Continue reading Kedon Slovis Debut Coming?
