Jovan Vavic Finally Goes To Trial
I have been asked many times when former USC water polo coach Jovan Vavic will go to trial in the Varsity Blues scandal. The answer: Today. It’s a risk for Vavic. The two toughest sentences so far in the scandal went to parents who went to trial and lost. But USC didn’t get much from some of its main performers: Boogie Ellis made only 5 of 14 shots. … Continue reading USC-UCLA Live Blog
Saturday Buzz: It’s The No Pressure USC-UCLA Game
Today’s USC-UCLA game is a free hit for the Trojans. What I mean by that is all the pressure is on UCLA and Mick Cronin. UCLA needs to beat USC a lot more than USC needs to beat UCLA. Cronin has never beaten USC. He is 0-5. In fact, if you take away last season’s NCAA Tournament-run, has Cronin been that great at UCLA? I … Continue reading Saturday Buzz: It’s The No Pressure USC-UCLA Game
