Rank Your Top 5 USC Tailbacks
Everyone is doing lists these days. So let’s pick the top 5 tailbacks in USC history. I list mine below. I’m fine with either O.J. Simpson or Charles White being No. 1. 1. Charles White White could get the physical yards and be a breakaway threat. What more could you want? The final drive of the Rose Bowl vs. Ohio State says it all. 2. … Continue reading Rank Your Top 5 USC Tailbacks
Korey Foreman Decommits From Clemson
Defensive end Korey Foreman, the No. 1-ranked player in the nation, has decommitted from Clemson, according to the Athletic. This sets the stage for the Corona Centennial star to commit to USC, especially since the Athletic reported Foreman now feels distance was an issue. And as time expired, Ron Ayala kicked a 34-yard field goal to give USC a 26-24 victory over Jim Plunkett and Stanford. On the … Continue reading Another Huge Field Goal In USC History
An Underrated USC Victory
Here is a big win from 20 years ago that gets obscured today because of the Pete Carroll era. In 2000, USC played UCLA at the Rose Bowl. Any win over UCLA would be big at that time. USC had lost eight straight to the Bruins before finally snapping the streak in 1999. So the 2000 Crosstown Rivalry was interesting to see if USC could … Continue reading An Underrated USC Victory
USC Winners And Losers Of The Week
WINNERS USC recruiting The Trojans have a top 5 recruiting class (in April) and are back-patting each other on social media like never before. Mike Bohn No one in L.A. cared that the Cincinnati athletic dept. ran a deficit that “totaled more than $160 million — a 79 percent increase over the previous six years,” according to a published report. JT Daniels Looks like he … Continue reading USC Winners And Losers Of The Week
