The Las Vegas Bowl will start having a Pac-12 vs. SEC/Big Ten matchup beginning in 2020, according to Brett McMurphy of Stadium. Below are the schools that received the most ESPN 300 commitments from the recruiting classes of 2017-2019. Hard to believe USC and Clemson are tied. Does coaching make that big of a difference?
