Important Announcement About USC Blog

When I started this blog 29 months ago, it was going to be more of a hobby after covering USC for more than 20 years.

I never imagined it would grow to its current size and attract such a loyal audience.

Well, now it’s time to grow even more. Today, I’m taking the InsideUSC blog to Sports Illustrated. The new address is https://www.si.com/college/usc/

The new USC blog will be the same in many ways but will have much more video, more recruiting and a stronger “community” area for comments. I hope you will join me at the new site for even more USC coverage.

      2. It seems like it’s a trick question (make that “impossible to answer” question) for ABC, CBS, NBC, N. Y. Times, Washington Post —and, sadly, and increasingly, Fox News.
        And…while we’re at it — the NBC, ABC, CNN, etc., etc 2020 polls are complete bullshit. The anti-Trump forces are going all out to demoralize the electorate with (1) riots, (2) massive voter fraud and (3) fake polls.

My State Supreme Court Chief Justice Uncle, Michael Musmanno, drilled 3 things into me (to the point I had to re-think them completely and, then, come back to them) — Columbus was a great man, I had to become a lawyer in order to fight for justice, and Israel must be protected from it’s surrounding enemies.
        He absolutely loved the courage of Columbus….and died on October 12, 1968….

      3. Very special man —taught me a lot of courtroom tricks too. Always fought for the underdog —but never defended uncivil behavior. After his service at Nuremberg he became big supporter of Israel (and wrote me brilliant letters on this and other subjects he cared about)….

      5. Uncle Mike was mainly assigned to the appeals portion of the trials (i. e., making sure that convicted Nazi war criminals STAYED convicted). He also led the investigation into the events surrounding Hitler’s last days (writing a book entitled “10 Days to Die”) to allay concerns Hitler had somehow escaped Berlin. After that, he became a post war U. S. Military Governor in Italy.
