Here’s linebacker Ed Gutierrez tackling Oregon State QB Scott Richardson in USC’s 56-0 victory at the Coliseum in 1976. Gutierrez, running back Lynn Cain and quarterback Walt Ransom were on the 1976 team and also played on the California state championship team at East Los Angeles College.
