USC Notes: It’s Rally Time

USC will hold its “Conquest” rally tonight at McCarthy Quad from 6:30-8 p.m. This used to be the Bonfire rally but I don’t think there is a bonfire anymore. Times change. A concert will be held from 8:30-11 p.m. after the rally but USC hasn’t revealed the band yet.
