A Trojan Great With Who Worked On “Wizard Of Oz” Dies

USC announced the death of a memorable Trojan: Ambrose Schindler. He was 101. Schindler died Dec. 30, 2018 but it was just recently reported. The San Diego High School graduate led USC in rushing, scoring and total offense and was named all-conference in 1937. Schindler also led the Trojans in 1939, and was named MVP of the 1940 Rose Bowl. L.A.
